Bear Lake house Rental Property Description
Wonderful year round family vacation home in Northern Michigan. Lakefront property on Michigan's finest clear water lake. 15 minutes from Grayling or Kalkaska. Bear Lake is a all sports lake, pristine, clear, spring fed lake with sandy bottom. Shallow water surrounding the dock. The colors of our lake are similar to the Bahama's on most days. The lake is very quiet during the week without boat traffic. Summer: Enjoy paddle boating, kayaking, floating on a water raft, making sandcastles, soaking in the hot tub, sightings of bald eagles, cranes and loons. End the day roasting marshmallows over the fire pit watching incredible sunsets and star gazing Great central location for day trips to shop at near by unique lake town shopping areas. Many ski resort areas, casino, 40 min. to Traverse City, MI, 1 hr to Mackinaw, 1hr to the Sleeping Bear Dunes, Leelanau Peninsula, Canoeing on on the Usauble & Manistee rivers. Close to many golf courses, CRV and snow mobile trails.

Rental Rates for the house in Northern Michigan, Michigan, USA

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

$1000-2400 Week

Weekly rentals; Check in Friday at 4 p.m., Check out Friday at 11 a.m.

A refundable deposit (as long as no damages or repairs are needed after stay) of $500.00 must be received upon rental agreement receipt and will be refundable 30 days after departure. Deposit due within 7 days of making reservations in order to hold reservations. Once deposit received you will receive info pack by email or direct mail. Please include a non refundable cleaning fee of $100.00

Cancellation policy: Cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival for full refund. If cancel within 60 days, you will only receive a refund if we are able to rebook.

Balance: Due no later than 10 days prior to first rental date. If wish to pay balance with a personal check, you will need to mail to us with in 10 days before checking in otherwise come prepared to pay cash, bank check or traveler checks.

  • All the comforts of home in this fully furnished 4 Bedroom, 3 bathroom, walkout basement with a lake view from the upper and lower decks. The living area has 3 sofas with a entire wall of slider glass doors which is great for viewing the outdoors from the comforts of the inside. Each bedroom has a queen bed. There is a large loft with two queen beds and a full sleeper. Two twin pull out sleepers in the basement. Queen blow up mattress available. Baby crib available.
